Procedure
Important - After the carpet has been evaluated
to determine the fiber, general condition and best cleaning solution
for soil removal, Quick Dry will proceed to restore you carpet or
furnishing To a New Like Condition.
1. Heavy Duty Vacuuming to remove deeply
embedded soil and surface soil, which removes locked in particles
and deep down soil.
2. A pre-spray
cleaning solution is prepared for your particular type of fiber. The
remaining soil will be penetrated and held in suspension for
removal.
3. Pre-spotting of
all spots is done prior and after cleaning depending on your
cleaning requirements. Unfortunately some spots/stains if present on
the carpet for a long period of time may have become a permanent
part of the fiber. Almost every spot/stain can be removed using
today's technology.
4. While the carpet
cleaning solution is working, all edges are vacuumed to remove
accumulates loose soil and dust If soil filtration are present along
the edges a cleaner designed for maximum effect will be used. Soil
filtration can be located at a doors edge, the back edges of steps
and along walls.
5. Using a truck
mounted cleaning system and with a rinse aide, the hot water
extraction process is used to rinse and clean the suspended soil
from your carpet fibers. Using overlapping cleaning strokes and
repetition dry strokes the soil and any impurities are being removed
to the truck. This leaves the carpet fibers clean and a healthier
atmosphere.
6. Post spotting
follows to ensure our best efforts have been performed to ensure
difficult spots are removed or lessoned.
7. An Optional Teflon
© Carpet fiber protector can be applied to the finished fibers to
provide protection, making normal vacuuming easier, help in removing
any spills and to return your carpet to it's almost original
condition.
* The responsibility
of the customer is to wait until the carpet is dry before returning
any furniture. Do not put young children on a wet or damp carpet and
furniture. Vacuum at least once per week and more often if needed.
